By accessing or using the services provided by Digital Mass Solutions LLC ("DigitalMass", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
DigitalMass provides digital marketing, product management, and digital transformation services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of services are defined in individual service agreements or proposals agreed upon with each client.
All content, materials, and deliverables created by DigitalMass remain the intellectual property of Digital Mass Solutions LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
DigitalMass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
